OK, so after smacking myself in the head with a small ball peen hammer I finally got “Slow Fast Food Love” out of my head, but there was still something bothering me about Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead.
I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. There was just something about the character of Carl Jr. Something niggling in the back of my brain. Something oddly familiar.
Even though I finally got that song out of my head I was still in the mindset to visit Tromaville, so I reached under my pillow and pulled out my directors’ cut of The Toxic Avenger (yes, I do keep it under my pillow) and pop it in. I’m about halfway through this cinematic masterpiece and what should my wondering eyes behold? The Answer. That’s right people, I found Carl Jr’s daddy…
Don’t believe me? I have proof that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Here we have Carl Jr. And here we have Carl Sr.?

So there we have it. Both work in fast food, both have similarly creepy Deliverance-esqe facial hair. And both have gelatinous, hairy belly buttons. And the time frame is even about right. Well, that’s it. My brain at work. I guess I had better get back to writing reviews.
